"This rating is individually for the agent named Charlie. Have you ever had what seemed like an easy fix and no one seems to be able to either understand the situation and/or fix the issue? I loathe calling into places because of it. It’s more of a common occurrence these days, the utter disdain of the workers having to do their job and the lack of initiative to solve problems. However, I’m not sure that this place knows what a true gem they have in Charlie. This lady has went above and beyond, back and forth, up and down and side to side to help me fix what should have been a simple issue, yet the other entity involved made it a complete nightmare. I mean, this lady here y’all. I hope she is held in the highest regard in that office and if she isn’t she sure needs to be. Never again will I EVER speak to anyone else about ANY issue or questions I need answered at State Farm. That’s not saying any of the other workers aren’t the same by comparison, but my loyalty now lies with her. Top tier right here, and this, the way she has handled this situation for me, is what keeps your customers. Justin Mayes, you better do right by her sir, she in my opinion is more than likely what keeps your business going."
